A released prisoner added “Two months ago from today I was seized in the Jiray district, and it is about two months past that I have joint the Mujahidin and they used to have a good conduct with us, they used to give us a good food, and they brought our injuries based on time. “Today from the Kandahar jail at least 220 political prisoners are released in Kandahar who were arrested in post station, they were arrested during the clashes or war and they have been released according to the generally order.” A responsible military prison in Kandahar, stated.
