The people once again remind the Memorial Day of Independence to show the next generation to mark this day, you can see everyone made themselves free and came to the grave to remind and save Amanullah Khan’s Independence Day in their minds and to remind it for ourselves, our nation and children, a local resident explained.
Head of Informational and Cultural in Nangarhar ‘Qari Noor Mohammad Hanif’ stated, I am going to congratulate Independence Day to all Afghans in proud of freedom, may God gift this freedom for you, the gathering we held in Ghazi Amanullah Khan’s grave, is just to mark the 103rd Independence anniversary, and we celebrate this proudful day, Thank God we are very happy for this freedom day, we Afghan nation celebrate this day which is an important day for Afghans, and I am calling on youths and people, especially Nangarhar’s residents that you can celebrate those which national and important days for you.
An Afghan local said congratulations on the 103rd Independence Day of Afghanistan to all Afghans, about 103 years ago king Ghazi Amanullah Khan got our Independence from British protectorate status, and today we came here to celebrate this Memorial Day happily.
