A Taliban member added, “I am telling the people that by God willing after a week more than a week the security will be ensure according to the Islamic tradition, and by God willing in every place including streets and Bazaars the security will be ensure, by God willing there is no any problem, the residents must not afraid and concern, by God willing, the Islamic Emirate have responsibility to take security of every person”.
“The security situation is good, but it is economic situation, it is a critical situation for the people, everyone talks about the future, some say what happen in the future, everywhere the people displaced don’t have comfort”. A Herat resident, stated.
