A Taliban member added, “As you see our friends who are checking the vehicles, it is because to serve for our people. I would like to make all the people to be assured and continue your lives, and continue their work and commerce, there is no any problem, according to the order of the Islamic Emirate and Amir al-Muminin (Commander of the faithful) to captured and punish those who are opposite us.”
